Valgreen mission is to promote transparency, and implementation of corporate governance principles and integrity in business, especially for listed companies.

Valgreen team is managed by Valeria Nistor.
Valeria is a private investor, an entrepreneur and an experienced advisor. She has a wealth of experience in corporate governance, legal matters, and financial services:
1. Corporate Governance: With over 11 years in financial services, her expertise in corporate governance is invaluable. She has navigated complex regulatory landscapes and contributed to shaping effective governance structures.
2. Shareholder Activism: She has experience dealing with shareholder activism situations handling challenging dynamics within listed companies. Understanding the interests of various stakeholders is crucial in such scenarios.
3. Legal Background: Starting as a legal counsel in the Romanian Ministry of Finance and later heading the legal department of the National Agency for Tax Administration, she has had a significant impact on legal matters in public institutions.
4. Education: Her educational background, including a BA in Law from Bucharest University and a master’s in management from Bucharest Academy for Economic Studies, provides a solid foundation for her expertise.
5. ESG and Sustainability: The certificate as a specialist in International Sustainable Business (ISB) reflects Valeria’s commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. This is especially relevant in today’s business landscape.
6. Diversity and Inclusion: The support for diversity and inclusion, particularly in listed companies, aligns with progressive corporate practices. Promoting inclusivity benefits both organizations and society.
7. Private Investor: Valeria’s investment expertise allows her to navigate financial markets, assess risk, and make informed decisions.
