Shareholders’ general meetings reports

Our job is to analyse each documentation for shareholders general meeting for certain companies listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange, Vienna Stock Exchange, Warsaw Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange, Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Prague Stock Exchange and identify the key issues or where the Company’s approach is not in accordance with best practice or our guidelines. This allows investors to focus on what is important. We also prepare other type of reports analysing the implementation of governance principles, code of ethics, remuneration policies as well as mandatory legal requirements. As part of our approach to effecting change through engagement we may attend GMs to meet and put questions direct to company boards.

ESG Diagnosis

ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance. To change company behavior and reduce investment risk we engage directly with company boards and representatives on ESG issues. We perform a process of evaluating a company’s policies and practices related to these three areas, entailing:
